This fee secures your participation in the official Southern Ohio Forest Rally Thursday night Parc Exposé on June 11. Vendors will receive designated space within the event footprint to engage with teams, sponsors, and thousands of spectators during one of the rally’s most attended public events.

Event staff can assist with coordinated trash service. Water and electrical power are the responsibility of each vendor. Generators are permitted but must be well maintained and reasonably quiet so they do not disrupt neighboring vendors, teams, or the overall event atmosphere. Excessively loud generators may be required to be shut down at the discretion of event staff.

*The Southern Ohio Forest Rally reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding vendor participation. If it is determined that your services are not needed, your vendor fee will be refunded in full. Vendors who fail to appear and do not provide notice prior to Thursday, June 11, 2026 will forfeit their vendor fee and will not receive a refund.
